Celvex Technology LLC
A Rio Grande Valley engineering practice building multi-tenant business platforms, enterprise migration tooling, and cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Celvex owns the group software IP and operates the cloud platforms around the hardware built elsewhere in the group.

Instrumentation and sensing hardware, with its own IP and patent pipeline. Arcovex designs and owns the physical products; Celvex licenses that IP to build and operate the software platforms that sit on top of them.

Workshop, label, and publishing
Howling Moon Creations LLC
A one-person workshop working in wood, metal, glass, leather, and polymer, where traditional craft and modern fabrication tooling each do the part they do best. Howling Moon also runs the group music label and publishes software built elsewhere in the group.

How they work together
Every arrangement is explicit
Work crosses company lines often. When it does, the roles are stated rather than assumed — which is the point of organising it this way.
- Hardware and its software
- Arcovex designs and owns the physical products and the patents. Celvex licenses that IP to build and operate the cloud platforms that sit on top of them. The hardware company keeps its hardware IP; the software company keeps its software IP.
- Development and publishing
- Celvex develops and owns Flyer Studio; Howling Moon publishes and sells it. The company that built it keeps the IP, and the company with the storefront takes it to market.
- Three-company products
- NexiVex is built across all three: Celvex writes the software and runs the cloud platform, Arcovex builds the hardware, and Howling Moon makes the enclosures.
- Why separate them at all
- Risk stays with the entity that took it. A hardware liability does not reach the software practice, and a client engagement does not reach the workshop.
