Celvari Group holds four operating subsidiaries working across software, hardware, fabrication, and supplements. Each is a separate company with its own customers and its own site. What they share is a method, not a market.

A Rio Grande Valley engineering practice building multi-tenant business platforms, enterprise migration tooling, and cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Celvex owns the group software IP and operates the cloud platforms around the hardware built elsewhere in the group.

Instrumentation and sensing hardware, with its own IP and patent pipeline. Arcovex designs and owns the physical products; Celvex licenses that IP to build and operate the software platforms that sit on top of them.

Workshop, label, and publishing

The method
Constraints are the terrain, not the destination
“What if” is not a question. It is an operating system.
The question is not asked to find a reason something cannot be done. It is asked to find one reason — any reason — why it might be possible. The moment that reason exists, there is somewhere to build from.
This is not a refusal to accept reality. Constraints are real, resources are finite, and physics does not negotiate. But a constraint is the terrain you cross, not the place you stop.

Why it is built this way
Each company is separately organised, with its own liabilities, its own intellectual property, and its own customers. Hardware developed by Arcovex is owned by Arcovex; Celvex licenses it to build and operate the software around it. Software owned by Celvex is published and sold by Howling Moon where that is the right route to market.
That separation is deliberate. It keeps risk contained to the entity that took it, and it keeps every arrangement between the companies explicit rather than assumed.
